Assisted Application (Week 2)
Shadow & Co-Scheduling
- Work alongside the trainer.
- Plan and publish schedules with supervision.
Feedback Loops
- Daily check-ins for questions and adjustments.
- Weekly review of schedule performance.
Independent Operation (Week 3-4)
Solo Scheduling
- Planner creates, adjusts, and publishes schedules independently.
- Trainer available for escalation.
Review & Sign-Off
- Assessment of competency against checklist.
- Sign-off from lead stakeholder.
